Cellc agents phone me whith 2 phones on promotion. When ram deliver the box. Only 1 phone in the box. I phone cellc and ask them where is the other phone they told me the contract is for 1 phone only so i cancelled the deal on the same day now they kept on sending me statement that i must pay cancellatioin fees Of R1567. And they also put me on itc my instalmant is R1567. I phone 084140 the agent told me to ignore the letter. But they just keep on sending me. And when i tried to open new accounts. With other companys they decline me because of this R1567 i need to pay per month. Dont no what to do anymore.
