Wrong laptop delivered twice

Ordered a Acer E5 bundle with modem and 3gig data.. Firstly waited more than a week for the delivery, and discovered that instead of the E5 i received the E1-531. I got hold of the sales consultant "raymond" that then said he will manually overide the order on the computer. Nearly another 2 weeks past, every contacting him asking whats keeping him, he kept saying tomorrow, next dzy tomorrow and so it went on. On the 2nd of may 2013, i phoned again and he said tomorrow, by the time i told him that i want my laptop delivered in 24hours, he changed his story to, we will deliver on monday just to be safe. The next morning before 10 the manager contacted me to say the package is on the way... Can you believe it, i got the package and its the wrong laptop again, this time it is a AcerE1-571, on the purchace order it states that it is a E5 bundle, but the laptop box has this human erorr, E1-571 scratched out with a black marker to fool me, i want a written apology from vodacom and a major compensation for all the inconvenience, i will be posting the results for the final outcome and what the compensation consist of. I lost 3weeks of business and they debited money. Sort me out realy
