I cancelled my BIS service on my 082 number at the end of January 2013.
I was billed right up until the end of March 2013. Which means 2 months extra of being billed but the service was supposed to have been cancelled. Please explain this rip off?
I actually dont give a if the cancellation was processed late on your side. I sent through documentation timeously, whoever did the processing wrong must be fired or refund me for the bis that I had to pay for due to their stuff up!
Last reply I got from MTN was that there is no record of bis on 082 number which is was converted to a pre-paid number.
I know that, now please explain why I still got billed 2 months after cancellation.
