Where is my laptop?

I ordered my laptop from Hi Direct on Monday 2nd September 2013. Dane said it will arrive within 6 days (10 September). The 9th I phoned and I was told if it is not delivered by the 10th I must ask for Dane. It wasn't delivered. I phoned and spoke to Dane and he gave me Incredible solutions number. I phoned, no one answered (16h50). I phone early today (11th) before 9. Sandy, head office was kind and phoned me back to tell me that she spoke to the Cape Town branch, Mandy and it will be delivered today. 16h45 by today it wasn't delivered! I phoned Hi Direct again and asked them to sort it out. Carlos from Hi Direct contacted me and said it shows on their system that it has been delivered on the 9th, but he can't get a hold of someone and he will get back to me by tomorrow morning. Thank you Carlos. I hope I'll receive my laptop by tomorrow.
