I am a client of altech and have been for the past year. I did a website request quote for the deal that included a nokia 100 HP 635 3GB data bundle at R199 for 24 months. I received a response from a sales consultant by the name of Ridwaan Govender and he assisted me with this deal.
I gave all the required documentation and when the package was delivered to me I initially received an HP 630 and immediately contacted Ridwaan to inquire about the change in laptop he said there wasn't much difference it was just the hard drive. I sent the laptop back and received the correct laptop after a few days.
The package consisted of the laptop 2 sim cards (I assumed one for the phone and one for the 3GB data bundle). I haven't spoken to Ridwaan since. The strange thing that kept occuring though was that I could not go onto the net because there was never any network available.
I spoke to Innocentia and Stephanie Marros at altech and was informed that no data bundle was activated on my contract. I would like to find out why this is so and how altech does this to client as it is unethical.
