After Head office contacted me and said that a R300 credit will be allocated to my account for all the inconvenience, nothing had been allocated to my account. I phoned the branch to hear what my balance is and they are not aware of the credit allocated. My value added services are also not cancelled. Head office explained to me that I will have a total of R600 in credit altogether. Where is the other R300??? I really am very unhappy with autopage's service and considering going elsewhere after all I have been through the last 3 months.
