I purchased a data bundle in the morning on the vodacom website and it said your purchase was successful but i never got a sms to confirm that and when i check its not there, i then called 082111 and spoke to a lady who said i must just wait for 24hrs for it to activate yet when i purchased it i wanted to use it now, i then asked the lady to active another one as i couldn't wait and she confirmed it has been activated but guess what i still don't have it despite 2 sms they sent me to say its now activated, i've called them more than 5 times already and i'm getting different reasons as to why i still don't have the bundle, one said its active but they are not able to see it from their side as its promotional so i must sms MM to 31050 which i did, one said i must dial *111# and choose promotional option which is not there, one said i must remove my battery and restart my phone, one said its pending so i need to keep checking for the next 6hrs as they won't send me another sms to say its active. Isn't this supposed to be instant and if not, isn't the system supposed to tell you that you'll wait for 2-24hrs before you can click purchase, besides, when did the process change? This is not cool
