8TA / TELKOM MOBILE RATHER CLOSE DOWN

I t was time to upgrade through 8ta / Telkom mobile. It ws suppose to be an exiting day in my life. Guess what that is where my nightmares started. Unfortunately I was forced to do a sim swop because the Samsung Galaxy S3 was manufactured only to use the micro simcard. I went not less than seven times through to 8ta outlets at Westgate and Northgate. Feedback from them your call centre only needs to process the order. I have made nmerous or actually countless calls to your call centre into this regard. Guess what. The pointing finger exercice started between the two outlets and the 8ta call centre personnel. So many were told hat on both sides that I am going in for my seventh day wihout being connected. It seems my answer here will be court action with costs and for you 8ta to rathe close your doors immidiately. Your incompitant staff gives 8ta / Telkom mobile a very bad name. This is pathetic. The first fedback from your call centre the order for the sim swop was pending. All of a sudden the latest feedback is no order was placed and or are traceble on your system. RATHER CLOSE DOWN AND GO TO YOUR FELLOW SERVICE PROVIDERS AND LEARN WHAT THE WORD VALUED CUSTOMER MEANS.
