I've been without my mobile services for the past 3 week, and no one at Telkom mobile customer Centre or the Telkom stores can resolve this issue. A simple SIM swop takes 3 freaking weeks to sort out, well not, it's still ongoing. If I have to hold back my monthly debit order payment, my services will be cut in a jiffy, but in this case I cannot ask for a refund for been without services for 3 weeks. Best I just cancel the contract. I've had bad service delivery before, but this tops it.
