I attempted upgrade my phone on December 18th
After weeks of waiting I call, to find out the phone is not available.
I'm advised that they will check stock and get back to me, which they do not.
Later after contacting them numerous times, I go in to the store (3rd Jan, 2013) and am
told they will only have stock at the end of the month! Needless to say I ask them to
Get me another phone which is in stock, they checked and said they had stock.
Now its 2 weeks later and they still do not have the phone, what's worse is I see I have already
been invoiced for a device, which I don't have!
Also now, I'm told they will check stock again (I asked them for a phone that was in stock and had them check before leaving, two weeks prior!)
