I have the 10gig promo for the last 9-10 months. over the last 2 months the speed is poor, and the signal jumps between 3g and hsdpa. The line drops constantly and online gaming is impossible. its not the modem as the same sim in my Tab is equily poor. AS I have a 2 year contract I am unable to take my business elsewhere. Whats up?? I pay my account and you should deliver on promises... otherwise make the service free. I tried to connect on your website to log a complaint, but "waiting for responce from [URL Removed] useless.
