I was checking through bills today and noticed that for the past 2 months Afrihost has been billing me R950 for services that were cancelled 12 months ago. I logged a support ticket with them as soon as I became aware of this.By close of business today I had not received any communication from Afrihost, so I logged a second support issue which has also gone unanswered.
I normally receive excellent service from Afrihost when there are technical issues, but as seems to be the norm, when it comes to financial errors in favour of a customer little interest is shown, completely the opposite to how they treat you if you are late in making payment.
