Pathetic service

Since Telkom so-called upgraded everybody's speed, in my case from a 1M to 2M in later part of 2012, my connection is pathetic!!! When clicking on a link or URL, I have to wait several minutes for the website to be opened. During this time, there is no activity on the ADSL modem LEDs... since the so-called upgrade, many people are experiencing the same condition!!! It seems my ADSL service was rather than upgraded, down graded to a timeshare type service, where one has to seemingly wait for bandwidth to become available while other users dowload movies etc. as the speed was so-called upgraded, but not the speed of the connection between the exchanges and the ESR. With Telkom's latest invention, the so-caolled "un-capped" or "soft cap", the situation will moste likely get even worse!!!
