BB went in for repairs on 2 April 2013. 2 weeks later in the pouring rain I go collect after 1 sms! Only to be told that my phone has a crack in it & is now out of warrantee & I have to pay R1182! (Hello i'm here to collect my phone which came back from repairs. Is that a new or existing contract ma'am? Existing but it's a repair. Would you like that on a top up contract? No, I just want my phone which you sent for repair. Oh sorry it's that time of the evening!). Use the insurance option she says & here I still wait! 1 call to ask me if the insurance place had contacted me. Numerous calls go unanswered & when I call the call centre not much help there & at the insurance place 'claim not received'! So tell me MTN - are you going to charge me for the non-use of my cellphone this month? Due to your staff's incompetence?? Actually don't bother to answer - I've just taken my 20 years service to a different service provider! Oh, but you won't read this anyway as all the other complaints have also gone unread!
