I got a cellphone contract with real people on July 2012, the cellphone was working fine until, 10 October 2012 when I reported it to real people and the cellphone was collected by the couriers and I was told that the repairs will take only 3 weeks, that means I was supposed to receive my phone during the first week of November, I never received my phone, even today 28/05/2013 but a debit order is deducting on my account every month. I have made numerous calls to real people call centre and I always get the same response that they will take the matter to their team leaders, but I have never received even a single call from real people, I tried cancelling my contract but they won't let me, I have tried to cancel my contract since 18 February because a wrong phone was delivered, the first month they don't deduct from my account, then the second month they deduct, during April these year I went to a Real people branch in Mafikeng and we made a call to their help desk in an attempt to cancel my contract and I was told by the consultant's that my contract was cancelled, even now money is being deducted from my account, I don't have a phone, a sim card but every month I'm paying.
