Blocking of my acount

We have been experiencing a lot of problems with Nashua mobile, as they keep putting through the debit order, after we asked them to stop is, we notified them more than once we will do cash payments! Every month the line gets blocked because of the debit order returned, but we have already made a cash payment on the account!!! This is costing us time and money to phone them each time to unlock the line, and bank charges also apply when a debit order returns! There is no one to assist me to make a formal complaint to Nashua to resolve the issue.
