On Monday afternoon 29th of April i took up the Samsung 4 deal with Ronnie. He took down all my details and completed the application with the terms and conditions etc. He also explained to me about the debit order and pro rata amounts for the 1st month etc. Asking which colour handset i would prefer as well. Took down my delivery details for courier and i should expect the phone within 3-7 days. This morning just after 8am i spoke to a Jackie to follow up as to how far my application is just to be told that the validation department has declined me for the Samsung offer and has scored me 149 points which qaulify me for a different package. If i wanted a different package i would have taken it out within the 1st place but i spefically applied for the Samsung Deal @R399.straight up. How misleading is this to make me believe im expecting a samsung deal just for me to follow up and found out ive been declined for that deal but qualify for something like a blackberry at R149pm. Now i understand why customers at Cell C is so frustrated, disgusted and appauled by their service and business ethics. I applied for a Samsung Contract and thats what i want. Nothing less. Not Impressed at all!!!
