We have applied for a telkom Adsl line almost more than a month ago.
The installation was done a few days after application was processed but line never worked.
We logged a fault for assistance and since then received several messeges saying the line was tested and its found to be in working order.
The only thing is it ist working!
After two appointments that Telkom never showed up as arranged by phone we still at the same spot we were over a month ago... no internet yet the bill is onnits way!
Just soo terrible service!
