good day

yesterday i applied for new contract Samsung S3 on a top up package for R249 i spoke to a consultant Thandeka she advise me that they have Sam S3 available for, i asked her to cancel the deal i did in store on Monday for Sam S3 mini because i want Sam S3 original and she took down all my details and confirmed that 1st app was cancelled and new application for Sam S3 is done. I also received an sms advising that my application was approved. Today i called 0831233667 number i spoke to a lady which she advise me that they do not have Sam S3 on stock she will send an email to Thandeka to contact me because she don't know how did she say you guys have, i am very disappointed with the bad service i receive from mtn i have been using mtn for years.

i need a manager to contact me urgently i don't want Sam S3 mini, i want Sam S3 on top up contract and i want my delivery urgently
