On the 7th of April 2013, I visited the branch to do an upgrade. I was told that it will take about 4 days for SIM activation. To date the SIM card is still not active. When I called about 2 weeks back, I was told that there are some faulty SIM cards and I must just wait a while longer. Today I called the SHARECALL and was told that the SIM CARD is still not registered! It will take 24 hours. PATHETIC service! I will be sure to let everyone that I know to stay away from AUTOPAGE at WESTWOOD.
