Shocking bandwidth & Support

I have been a MWEB Business customer for around a year. Bandwidth has been acceptable over the last 4 months the download speeds have comedown to a disgusting 80kb/sec. I use their services to run a server that offers cloud hosting to various clients of mine. Over the last 3 months I have almost had total revenue loss on this machine due to this performance issue. Since the 31/01/2013 I have had a call open explaining this problem (REF: 20130131007520) Till date all that the technical team has been able to come up with is swap my network cable from one port to another (this took them two months to complete). In the interim I have signed up new hosting at a different ISP and migrated all my clients across. When I confront MWEB about cancelling they simply tell me I am bound to a 12 month contract which I will have to adhere to. Matters like this especially in the hosting (ISP) business should be resolved in 24 hours. Customers do not accept such prolonged technical issues. MWEB has cost me enough money & the matter has been taken up with the National Consumer Commission. Cancel my services immediatley or be prepared to give me a full refund of a lacking service.
