No data coverage for 4 days

I phoned the call centre twice - I have a booster at the office and for 4 days I can not get onto the Internet. When I phoned on the 30th of April they told me its a over all problem - my husband took his car and went to Sasolburg and guess - outside Heilbron there was full coverage - So Call Centre was telling a story. They also told me they logged a complain and some-one will phone me - It never happend. We are bookkeepers and we need to do Efiling on Sars website - If Vodacom can not deliver - Mtn can - I went and bought a MTN 3G Modem and card - guess? they work - I am fed-up with Vodacom not working - They need to take action and improve coverage. We get penalties from Sars if we submit our efiling late.
