This is since November 2013 that I can not submit my tax returns via efiling - then when I spoke to a manager Mr. Manford Barnes he said that I should take leave again and go and submit my taxes. I did that and they told me at Roodepoort that they do not do efiling support.

If you are lucky you will get a call back in 21 working days as the error on my profile is technical and guess what IT HAS NOT BEEN SORTED SINCE NOVEMBER!!!
WHO will pay MY penalty fee???
