I have submitted my tax return via efiling. Additonal supporting documentation was requested by the system immediately, which I have submitted via efiling. I wanted to add more documents but the system did not allow it. A call center operator told me that I must just wait as only the auditor can unlock it. Today I received a call from the auditor (Maureen) requesting the documentation. I told her that I could not add more documents because it was blocked and she said that she will unblock it. That did not happen. I have subsequently phoned the support center twice, one told me to file a request for a correction then I would be able to add the documents, that did not work as he said. The other one did not no what to do. SARS I am not happy with your service please sort this out
