After upgrading in April 2013, our Blackberry Curve began shutting down and restarting without us prompting it to. The battery would be fully charged, then suddenly die. This was reported to MTN, and after sending the device to headquarters, a new phone was eventually sent to us. The same thing happend again, and was given back to the shop. After just two hours with the new phone, the phone restarted four times and wouldn't accept messages or data. The device was taken back to MTN, and as of yet no status report has been received. We have now been paying for services that we did not receive for three months. I find this totally unacceptable.
