Phone sent in for repair 3 times, still not fixed

4 weeks ago I took my mothers Samsung Galaxy y in for repair as it keeps restarting. It took 7 days- They apparently checked battery, up[graded software and replaced a faulty screen.
We werent even in the car 5 minutes after collecting, and it started restarting again... so we went back, they said it was probably the SD card- I bought a new one.
When we got home, and started using the phone- it started restarting again...
So we took it back... The checkin staff, told me that it would have to be sent away as they had tried everything... and it would take 10 days... if it couldnt be repaired they would replace it...
I have just collected it... and guess what... ITS NOT FIXED... apparently 4 ways did not send it away, they cleaned the battery points... 10 DAYS TO CLEAN BATTERY POINTS?
Now they want me to bring it back AGAIN... TO SEND TO HEAD OFFICE...
Which they told me they were doing last time... NO ENOUGH...

No phone for 4 weeks... yet we still pay? No We must bring it back again? WHY?
If it wasnt sent in last time, why should I believe it will go this time?

Vodacom I now want this sorted...
