I just received an sms from you, Telkom, telling me my account is in arrears, I only have a telkom line for the adsl internet! Okay so I thought if I sign up with mweb I pay them and they pay you! Silly me, BUT due to the fact that I have never ever received any form off bill to pay any account, so thats why I thought mweb is taking care off it! But now my line is disconnected and I don't have any internet! How can I pay something if you dont send me a bill? Must I smell it?
