8ta service steady deterioration

8ta quality of service has steadily deteriorated over the past year to the point where I regularly get speeds that vary between 0kbps and short bursts of 300kbps, averaging out to what feels like dial-up speeds. Sometimes the connection just on 0kbps despite having a signal strength of over 65 or even 80%. Even my Speed tests time out! My [URL Removed] graph shows a steady decline even though I have taken measures to improve my signal strength.
