I cancelled my contract well in advance, so that when the contract expired on the 4th of May there would be no carry over.
I have been forced to pay for the full month of May, and I do not even use the card.
I do not want the minutes! I do not want the contract any longer.
I spend a lot of money with Vodacom every month, I have 2 other contracts with them, and object to this kind of billing. It is in my opinion. I should not be forced to pay for a month I didn't sign up for!
