Very poor signal strength and their reasons why

I signed a 24 month contract with 8ta for 10gb of data per month for 24 months. Started out good, no problems for about 3 months and than everything started to go down hill. I went from 10mb/s to 0, 5kb/s download speed in one month. After the technicians came out to my place they told me that there is no 3g signal at my home. I STAY IN THE MIDDLE OF MIDRAND. I CAN SEE THE TOWER FROM MY HOME!! They told me that they are working on it. A month passed, no improvement. Then a network specialist came out, did tests and said he cannot believe it, there is no signal at my home. It keeps on dropping. Now if I phone them it is the same story over and over, "we sent it to the network department". Nobody can tell me anything about what is really going on.

In my life I have never received such bad service!! SHOCKING!!!
