My network has been off for over 2 days now and i know you have been experiencing problems, but mine still wont come on and when i went to the Tygervalley branch to ask if they can help to get my internet working again, they said they are going to charge me R100??? now why must i be charged R100 when it is their problem? this is very frustrating and i have restarted, taken out my battery, turned my network on and off again about 30 times and still nothing wants to work.
i do not want to pay for a service that does not want to work
