My name is Lebo I just ported to Cell C yesterday and I am experiencing extreme network problems. I am failing to connect to the internet and either experiencing bad network during calls or I end up missing most my calls due to this. I own a Galaxy S4 and the screen is showing that I have network so I'm not sure why this is and I live in Northwold, Johannesburg I don't see why the network is this bad. I have called the Call Centre numerous times and have even been to Cell C Northgate but I refuse to accept that the network in my house is just bad and that I just need to deal with it.
I'm extremely worried that I have tied myself to a 2 year network and will not be able to use my phone or that I might have to buy a MTN sim card but continue to PAY Cell C and this makes no sense to me at all.
I need urgent assistance with this because it's extremely frustrating
