UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE CELL C NETWORK FOR 5 DAYS

I ported my number from MTN to Cell C last Thursday because of MTN high rates everyone was saying that CELL C is a good network, after inserting my simcard into my BB 8520 and activating my BIS on the Cell C sim I had no signal I thought it might be something wrong with my network settings, for 3 days i had that problem on my 8520. I now have a BB 9630 and I'm still experiencing the same problems, I have contacted BB support 5 times and being told to do the same steps over and over becomes really frustrating. The way I feel right now I am on the verge on going back to MTN on switch to Vodacom so much for good service from Cell C.Sometime this egde is all in small caps and i can receive whatsapp messages but all my other service are down completely. 3G just works after i reboot my phone which is frustrating to take a battery out every time just to receive messages and send.

I would like to know whats happening with the data and network please because this is a delay for me.

I am in the Cape Town area. I can't get signal anywhere in Cape Town
