A lady phoned me from virgin mobile, she said she wanted to update etc... I said it was a bad line. Anyway she asked for my bank details and I refused to give them so she told me them which meant she knew them. Any way she wanted to sell me extra stuff, I said no, she said let me email you the details and you can go over the products. Well I said to her I smell a rat and I know this conversation is recorded and that I want on record that I want nothing. Well... On my account this month is cellsurance of R 62.00. Please listen to the phone call and credit me immediately. This is sharky and dishonest.
