I contacted the 8ta support desk 3 weeks ago to complain about 3G issues and the Speed experienced in my area lately. I was told that there were issues with my area with some cable and that it would be sorted on the 1st of May and that I should carry on rebooting and resetting my 3G router until such time. Well it is now the 1st of May yet the issue persists. Im paying for a service which in my view I'm not receiving. Get your flipping act together. PLEASE!
