Still waiting for my contract to be renewed

In February 2013 I did my contract renewal ON LINE to save the admin fee (BIG MISTAKE) I picked the 3GB option for R199 per month with the first 3 months fee - well we are in May now and my contract has still not been changed but funny enough the contract period has changed - how is that possible - I have been into the Customer Care at Gateway twice now and the last time I was told it would be changed effective 1 May - well hello!!! Vodacom you annoy me so much.
