Why am I not able to convert my MTN Contract Airtime to Data? When I call 141 I am told the following: you not authorised to purchase bolt on bundles using MTN service provider, please contact your service provider to activate this service.
I contacted my service provider (AUTOPAGE) and was told that Autopage doesn't allow this? I am paying a Rand value for my contract and I should be able to do with this as I please... my autopage ref number is A1305226715. The person that answered my call was very helpful and professional.
