This is now REALLY REALLY starting to upset me about the service I'm getting from autopage, This is I think my 3rd or 4th complaint about Autopage!!! HOW CAN I CANCEL MY CONTRACT BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS POOR!!... Two days ago I loaded 500mb of data bundle for my I phone, Today I received the bundle's after I had to phone in & sort... 3 Hours later @ round about 14H00I Lost all 3G & Edge signal, phone in, got disconnected, phoned in again, voice over the phone said "you have reached us outside our working hours " and got disconnected!! REALLY??? 14H00 in the afternoon, come on... Finally got through to technical spent over 30min in all trying to sort out the problem, Who is going to pay for my airtime I've used up on autopage??? Got put on hold by a lady "Fransina" in technical just to be put on hold again for well over 15min... Asked to escalate the problem why I don't have 3G or edge, and guess what- YET AGAIN NO MANAGER TO ASSIST!! This is not what I expected after my last complain, Autopage is the worst, and I have had enough!!
