Cell C has RUBBISH customer service!!!

On Thursday I went to Cell C to upgrade from a month to month contract to a Straight Up 100 deal. They said it would take 5 minutes. It took hours with no success! The call centre was incredibly rude; laughing on the phone while we were trying to sort out this contract, then they didn't look at the documents properly and said we weren't eligible for an upgrade because we hadn't been debited for the month to month contract for 3 months in a row yet, although we had proof that we had! We spoke to at least 5 different operators, each one having some bogus reason as to why we couldn't do this upgrade and not one reason was actually true. Eventually one of the operators put through the contract but by the time this happened it was after hours and the computer systems shut down so the consultant said we had to come back tomorrow. We went back and they gave us the cellphone with new sim card. They said it would take 3 hours for the sim to activate. it's been 2 days and it still isn't working! We phoned the help line and they said they gave us the wrong sim card. Now we have to go back to the store AGAIN to rectify yet another Cell C mistake! Cell C you owe me petrol money and precious time!
