We have a small business, and just need a simple VOIP line to use with an ATA adapter. Another requirement is a simple voicemail system that can take messages when customers call after hours or if the internet is down.
So a few weeks ago, I came across Switchtel.
Firstly, they responded to my inital query almost immediately. I then filled out the application forms, and within 3 days everything was set up and ready. The service has been excellent. Calls from Cell C numbers work flawlessly, I have a range of geographic/non-geographic numbers that I can choose from, voicemail works great, and the quality of calls is beyond excellent.
I even initially had some cell c issues with the 011 area code, and SwitchTel had managed to contact Cell C on my behalf and get it sorted out in less than 24 hours. Incredible service!
In addition, their email and help system is super fast, and they have been on the ball in regards to answering questions and helping me fine tune my voip device.
And to add a cherry to the top - they recently LOWERED their call rates just a few weeks after I signed up. They just keep getting better. Thanks a mil!
