Hi, i swopped over from vitality to momentum multiply in december. All paperwork timeously completed. to my surprise i am billed the full price for membership. I am yet to get a call to get the admin fixed so that i am loaded on the multiply programme. My wifes account is also in the same situation and am still awaiting the call from the telesales department. I also queried my refund and am still to get a call back.
I don't understand how virgin active can debit my account for an incorrect amount without confirming with me and how they do not call me to fix the admin on both my account and my wife's which was transferred also in December. I have called them twice and still they cant assist properly
