NO RESPONSE to 8 emails and 5 phonecalls since Fe

I wanted to know what my OUTBONUS payout would be in August this year (Facility No OT536518/W Moller). I received two SMS's with two different amounts - the 2nd amount being R2176.64 LESS. Subsequently I have called OUTSURANCE at least 6 times and spoken to Charlene, Hadio (manager) Candy and Stephen. I sent emails to [Email Removed] ( email address Candy gave me) on the 8th Feb, 15 Feb, 3 March, 25 March, 03 April, 15 April and 30 May. I was asked to submit all the information that they had sent me - which I did via email (to Candy on the 25th March). I have received no response and no answer from anybody to date! Their TV adverts say that 'THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS' for their customers - these people have not even bothered to respond to my calls or email. NOBODY has the common courtesy of responding to any email and Mr Ernst Gouws (Managing Director) does not appear to exist as his office does not bother to respond either! POOR SERVICE and I still don't understand why they want to pay me R2176.64 less for my OUTBONUS.
