On the 8/11/2012 I called the call centre to cancel my gym membership as i knew that Vitality was discontinuing with us and Multiply was taking over and I didn't want to join it because their fees are high. I spoke to Chantal who promised to cancel my membership and she said I will pay a cancelaltion fee of R136 because I was still with Vitality. Onthe 31/12/2012 I decide to go to virginactive Roodepoort to check if this accoi=unt is closed and to my surprise its active I then again call the call centre as asked them to cancel with immediate effect and I spoke to Zelda and Cahrmain. today I decide to call again and this accoutn is still active huh? this sis a big NO NO for me this people are just playing with me can this matter be sorted asap!
