ConfusedVitality keeps cancelling membership daily

The problem with my wife's membership started at the end of 2012. She got an sms stating that her membership was cancelled even though she only needed to attend gym 3 times to maintain her membership. I got the same warning and was advised that I need to attend gym in order to retain my membership. I did that all is in order.

My wife contacted the Virgin Active and Vitality numerous times in order to resolve the issue. One day she is reinstated but the next day her membership is cancelled again. Virgin Active showed us the screen with the confused instructions from Vitality. It says Multiply membership cancelled. We never took up the Multiply option via Bankmed. The Vitality membership is linked to my wife's life policy. Get that fact right, life the debit order deducted on time. No mistake there!

Vitality, you need to reinstate my wife's membership with immediate effect. How is my wife going to earn points needed to retain her membership if you keep deactivating her membership which shouldn't have been deactivated?

I am disgusted with your poor customer service and confused processes. Pity you are closed on Sat. I wanted to give you a piece of mind.
