My mother opened a gym contract for myself (as a gift)
agreeing to pay the contract.
The contract was duly signed by her.
all my details appear on the contract, however i had not placed a single signature on the contract, niether was i given the contract to read over nor accept any terms. all areas that required a signature was signed by my mother. Now payments are in arrears.
Planet fitness are threatening to have me black-listed. Is this fair or even legal.
Who can help please???
