I logged a query on their websit towards the end of February to date I have not had any feedback. The call was to adjust his contract temporarily now I am forced to cancel it due to their poor service. The vultures are very quick to sign you up but pathetic in any other way. Unfortunately my father passed away in this Gym and it took me a very long time to get the courage to go back. They should be ashamed of themselves as I am sure this is not what their leader promotes. To add insult to injury I was then sent this mail after not getting any assistance
