This being my fourth attempt at getting my contract cancelled with planet fitness claremont.
I emailed to the CGM of planet fitness claremont as well as the membership team on the 13 August 2013 in order to get my contract cancelled.
the day i signed up i was told i do not need to pay a cancellation fee if i give 30 days notice for cancellation.
To date i got 3 calls regarding this matter and each time i mentioned not paying a cancellation fee i was told they would call meback, i am still waiting for those call backs.
In the mean time my bank account is being debited with gym fees and it is frustrating as i would like this contract cancelled.
I requested a statement of account as well as receipt of mails but have not received any further correspondence.
I am highly annoyed that no one has gotten back to me!
