The name Planet Fitness gives me this sudden rage fit.
They are useless when it comes to customer service and they have no order. I am one of the endless amounts of customers who has been struggling with my contract that has not been closed properly. And now the dept collectors are on my because your people didn't't
1) Tell me that i needed to make a copy of the cancellation letter (I was 18 at the time)
2) Nobody can now find the letter and this is now for some reason my problem.
3) When i finally got response via email that my money will be paid back then they only paid it back a month after they said they would... Now Planet Lazy... Tell me why would you pay my money back into my account and tell me my contract is cancelled and then 4-5 months later have me phoned by the dept collectors and now i owe you R2500. Why should i pay for YOUR mistake? And not only that, it seems that your dept collectors have on profile that i have a Secondary account that i have been part of since 2001- 2011 (NOTE THAT I WAS 12 AT THAT TIME ; I COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT GYMS THEN!!!) You People need to sort your out. You want to play games? Lets play
