Can someone who cares about customer service at Planet Fitness please re-imburse me my money before end of this week. It has now been several months that I have been waiting for this re-imbursement and will not wait another week. If the week ends without the amount you still did not agree to pay back in full, I will have no option but to cancel my contract and move to Virgin Active. Dealing with the planet fitness service dept has been an extremely time consuming process and waste of time. This is the final request I am making to Planet fitness to re-imburese me the money they owe to me.
