Iam truly unhappy and dissatisfied that 24 class has been completely removed from early morning. This leaves members like myself who work out very early around 5am with no 24 class at all. I find this completely unfair because I totally enjoyed the class and saw a huge difference in my body. I really think we should consider other people when making changes.24 class was perfect on Tuesday mornings and it had great attendance. The online time table shows two 24 classes on Thurs one after the other, why cant we have one at 05:30!!
Please consider this is a serious complaint and please do feedback. Myvirginactive advised they will come back with feedback on the 5Th March (email from Leasha Klaartjies) and still no response!
I am extremely annoyed at how such decisions can be made without informing members.
